Getting pregnant for me is a life or death situation

Due to a previous myomectomy, if I became pregnant I would have an increased risk of uterine rupture and death. I have therefore chosen not to have children. However, due to medical conditions hormonal birth control is also a major risk. Therefore, getting pregnant for me is a life or death situation. Not to mention I'M BLACK! Reproductive health saves lives!
